This BitTorrent-style file-sharing system enables peers to exchange file pieces directly over TCP. It uses custom connection handshakes, bitfields, and piece-based transfers to coordinate file availability across concurrent peers.

• Implemented configuration-based startup, multithreaded peer communication, choke/unchoke logic, and optimistic unchoking.
